Incorrect published Regulations regarding Scope of Practice for Nurses and MidwivesThe National Department of Health published the above Regulations in Government Gazette No. 43305 published on 12 May 2020 for public comments for a period of one month. It was discovered after publication that an incorrect version of the Regulations was published. The National Department of Health regrets this error. The correct version of the Regulations will be published in due course to enable the public to comment.
